Job Summary:
MeaeCare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Every day, you'll help improve people's health and well-being by connecting them with essential care. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to encourage health plan members to take advantage of an in-home screening as part of their benefits. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. In this 'soft sales' position, you'll inform and guide members about this much-needed healthcare screening service, ensuring they understand its benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule in-home screenings.
- Provide detailed information about the screening process and answer any questions members may have.
- Verify and update member information in the database.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with members.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
- Follow up with members as necessary to confirm appointments and address any concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in multiple languages would be a bonus. Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese Bilingual preferred.
