We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee and drive the full spectrum of our business operations, including sales, finance, field operations, invoicing, and client management. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, capable of aligning operational excellence with business growth objectives. The Director of Operations will ensure seamless coordination across departments, efficient financial management, and high-quality service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize end-to-end business operations, covering sales, finance, field services, and client management.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high performance and operational excellence.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, finance, and field operations to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment on service delivery, billing, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with business development teams to expand the scope of services into new markets.
Finance & Invoicing
- Oversee financial operations including budget planning, cost management, invoicing, and client billing.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all invoicing processes and client billing cycles.
- Analyze revenues, costs, and margins to support strategic decision-making and profitability goals.
Field & Service Operations
- Oversee the efficient deployment, scheduling, and performance of field service teams.
- Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices to enhance scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies across field operations.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Develop long-term operational strategies that align with business growth and market expansion.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, operational efficiency, financial health, and market opportunities to senior leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and resource allocation to optimize value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with strong exposure to sales, finance, field services, and client billing.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end business operations and delivering measurable business growth.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in invoicing, billing, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in financial systems, ERP, CRM, and operational management software.
- Ability to travel to various client and field locations as required.

Pay: $99,369.50 - $119,670.80 per year
