Director Reimbursement Position Summary
Manages and directs all department functions and activities. Responsible for maintaining and improving Reimbursement Accounting functions. Oversees all functions related to Charge Description Master. Works closely with Corporate Reimbursement as well as leadership throughout system to maximize resources. Leads facility net revenue forecasting and budgeting and works closely with system CFOs.
THE DIRECTOR REIMBURSEMENT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field or equivalent experience. Prefer Master Degree.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years as Healthcare professional in areas of financial and/or clinical decision support or strategic planning. Significant computer skills. Prefer strong financial and analytical background, and clinical exposure.
