We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various corporate and promotional events. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial planning to execution
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and compliance requirements are met
Oversee event set-up, on-site management, and post-event follow-up
Conduct post-event evaluations and report outcomes
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
