This role offers the opportunity to shine in a fast-paced, welcoming environment with potential to grow into a full-time position.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Handle reservations, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Collaborate with our team to maintain a warm and professional atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Availability for morning shifts/afternoon shift
