Responsibilities

- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Perform data entry tasks related to guest information and billing accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold confidentiality of guest information in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or office management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods smoothly.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
