Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
- Handle laundry services, ensuring cleanliness and timely delivery of linens and towels.
- Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the property, including common areas and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or activities as required.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain inventory for office and housekeeping supplies and report any shortages.
- Assist with special requests from guests to enhance their stay.
