We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information or assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred, with a focus on front desk operations.
- Strong background in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices and night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
