Position Summary:
Our Receptionist/Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in-person and over the phone. The primary responsibilities include answering and routing calls, greeting, and assisting clients, and providing support with client services.
What will you be doing:
- Answer Calls: Provide superior customer service, routing calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Greet Clients: Welcome clients, assisting or directing them as needed.
- Handle Inquiries: Field questions and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- General Support: Assist other staff members with miscellaneous projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma and at least one year of related experience in an accounting office a plus.
- Language Ability: Can read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and effectively present information.
- Mathematical Ability: Can perform basic arithmetic operations.
- Reasoning Ability: Can apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary software.
Additional Requirements:
- Behavioral: Ability to multitask, handle difficult client issues, calculate amounts owed, respond to calls calmly and professionally, and must pay high attention to detail.
- Physical: Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Location: The location for this role is our Leavenworth office.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
