We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist/ treatment coordinator. This position requires strong skills in dental scheduling, insurance verification, and office management within a dental office setting. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both front-desk hospitality and guiding patients through their treatment plans with care.
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and a key player in helping them understand their dental care and financial options.
- Job Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- High school diploma or higher
- 2 years office experience
- Knowledge of PPO insurance
- Basic math to calculate co-pays
- Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, manage the schedule, and confirm appointments
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and intake paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized front office
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Review insurance coverage and explain out-of-pocket costs
- Coordinate financing options.
- Follow up with patient
