Customer Service

• Ensures excellent customer service
• Fulfills responsibilities in caring manner with member and staff
• Provides quality group fitness classes to Wellness Center members
  Supervising
• Responsible for the safety, security and well-being of class members
• Able to identify and handle emergence situations
  Instructor Skills
• Maintains updated, proficient, teaching skills that are motivating, challenge, safe
• Stays updated in the wellness field
  Teamwork:
• Supports team members by attending other classes and substituting when possible
  Requirements:
• High School diploma
• Must have the knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve population to include adolescents, adults and geriatrics
• Maintains current CPR certification
• National certification is highly encouraged
Teaching experience is beneficial
