Salon Nove is a gorgeous full service hair salon and we need to add another member to our fabulous Guest Services Team!
The Guest Services Team:
-helps coordinate, guide and reserve appointment times for our guests
-checks in guests when they arrive for their appointment
-retails Aveda product and manages retail area
-schedules future appointments for visiting guests
-facilitates and guide guests through their service experience
-offers support to the Design Team in the way of laundry and guest communication
-schedules the pick-up of our extensive recycling program
Our ideal candidate is positive, social, and fearless in nature! Our guests and team develop tight connections and relationships with our Coordinators. Most of our Coordinators stay with us for years so we are definitely not looking for a temporary addition to the team. This position is one of the most fulfilling and fun in our industry!
Experience in the beauty industry would be lovely but it is not a requirement. We will train you in everything you need to know!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
