Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage relationships effectively. As a Lead Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various levels, including executive and technical roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including HR sourcing, social media management, campus recruitment, and cold calling to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to employee orientation, ensuring compliance with employment & labor law.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent management.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.
- Foster relationships with external partners for lead generation and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide training & development support for new hires and facilitate employee evaluations to ensure continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical recruiting and executive recruiting.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Taleo) and HRIS systems (e.g., Paychex, UltiPro).
- Strong understanding of employee relations, contracts, and compliance with employment & labor law.
- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on relationship management and employee orientation.
- Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Kronos is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
