Compensation: Base Salary $120K + Performance Bonus | Total Package $150K+
Travel: Up to 50% (Regional – Northeast U.S.)

We’re looking for a high-impact Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team, serving as the key HR leader for our Northeast region. You’ll partner directly with operational leadership, enabling performance, driving change, and helping our people thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to General Managers and field leadership across multiple service brands.
- Build strong relationships and influence at all levels to align people strategies with business goals.
- Use data to diagnose organizational challenges, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices while honoring the unique culture of each brand.
- Navigate complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and a people-first mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HRBP experience in multi-site, field-based environments—ideally across service, construction, or similar industries.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills—you are seen as a coach, partner, and change leader.
- Data-driven mindset—you bring insights, not just opinions.
- Experience leading organizational change and improving business outcomes through people strategies.
- Comfort with ambiguity and complexity—you know how to prioritize and adapt in a fast-growing company.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Northeast region.
