Human Resources Manager

This position requires professional HR generalist experience with a focus on recruitment, retention, onboarding, and colleague relations—ensuring compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and legal standards. Responsibilities also include oversight of total rewards programs (benefits, compensation, and 401(k) administration) and managing training and development for new hires, promotions, and ongoing competency-based learning.
The ideal candidate will need to meet these minimum requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
- PHR, SPHR, and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification within 1 year.
- Three to five years’ experience in a related field with equal responsibilities
- Knowledge of modern principles and practices of human resources administration.
- Knowledge of laws, procedures, and rules of the government agencies under which the Credit Union operates.
