You will be a trusted leader, driving excellence and fostering a workplace where employees are guided toward productivity and a sense of accomplishment. Your key responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment to attract and onboard top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Boost morale with team-building and recognition programs.
- Performance & Training: Manage reviews and develop onboarding/training initiatives.
- Compliance & Benefits: Ensure federal, state, and local labor law compliance and oversee benefits.
- Strategic Leadership: Align HR strategies with firm goals to drive retention and growth.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 3+ years in HR, ideally in professional services like law.
- Skills: Expertise in recruitment, compliance, and benefits; proficient in human resource protocols specific to our location.
- Qualities: Strategic, empathetic, and skilled in communication and conflict resolution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or better. SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP a plus.
