The Position:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the overall presentation and administration of the front reception area. This position works as a team to support client growth and retention by representing LP in a positive light and contributing to the smooth operation of the office. This role is 100% in-office and requires daily, on-site presence at our Reno Corporate Office.

Requirements
What is Needed:
- Answering multi-line phones for 12 locations and direct callers to their appropriate contact.
- Regularly check over 20 carrier websites and retrieve insurance documents.
- Identify electronic insurance document types prior to locating and tasking out the information.
- Greet and assist in-office visitors.
- Coordinate and process incoming emails through a shared, Microsoft Outlook inbox.
- Order office supplies and other necessities, as needed.
- Sort, Scan, and Task USPS mail on a daily basis.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks, as needed.
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven problem-solving skills with an emphasis on being resourceful.
- Organizational, time management, and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive as a member of a team.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 1-2 years of professional administrative experience OR customer service focused experience in a professional environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience in a professional business environment required
