What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Experience – Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced setting is required.
- Dog Handling Skills – Must have experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, along with knowledge of dog behavior and group play.
- Hands-On & Organized – This is a mixed role overseeing Pet-Techs while also being hands-on to ensure the facility is kept clean, safe, and running smoothly.
- Customer Service Skills – The role involves checking dogs in and out, selling & upselling services, answering phones, and handling customer questions and concerns.
- Work Ethic & Drive – We value hardworking individuals who want to grow with us and advance their careers.
- Team Player – Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring the highest level of care, cleanliness, and safety for all pets in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kennel operations, ensuring top-notch pet care and facility cleanliness.
- Manage and support staff, delegating tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members to provide excellent pet care and customer service.
- Monitor dog interactions and ensure safety protocols are always followed.
- Assist with other tasks given by the Assistant Manager or General Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service, including managing reservations, answering questions, and recommending additional services.
