Blue Diamond Attachments, one of the fastest-growing compact equipment attachment companies in the country, is looking for a top-performing sales professional to manage and expand our Cumberland Territory, covering Tennessee and Kentucky. The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll grow our market share by expanding our dealer network and building strong relationships. Your role is to be a trusted advisor, offering product expertise, coaching, and support to help dealers thrive.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of industrial equipment sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to operate and demonstrate compact equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred).
- Dedication to building lasting relationships at all levels—from service teams to executives.
- Self-motivation and organization to excel in a high-travel role (2-3 nights per week on the road).
