Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager

Laurel Park Apartments is looking for a motivated, service-minded professional to join our team. This opening could be for a Leasing Consultant or an Assistant Property Manager, depending on your experience. What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities will vary based on experience, but may include:
- Leasing apartments and giving tours to prospective residents
- Following up with leads and closing leases
- Providing top-notch service to residents, prospects and vendors
- Handling renewals, rent payments, and resident accounts
- Responding to emails, calls, and maintenance requests
- Supporting community events and resident retention
- Managing online listings, maintaining social media presence and assisting with marketing efforts
- Covering office management duties in the absence of the Property Manage
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, detail-oriented, organized and dependable
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented personality
- Strong people skills and communication (verbal & written)
- Available to work Saturdays
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and inspect units
- For Assistant Manager candidates: experience handling delinquency, renewals, and resident issue
- Experience with Entrata software is a plus
- What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year in leasing, property management, or hospitality/customer service
