Part-Time Office Assistant & Data Entry Clerk

What You’ll Do
- Manage Accounts Receivables, including data entry, tracking invoices, and reconciling records
- Accurately enter and update data in QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and company databases
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain both electronic and paper files for easy access
- Answer phones, manage mail, and greet visitors as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support team members with general office tasks and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent (additional admin training a plus)
- Proven experience with Accounts Receivables
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel required)
- Great communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a flexible environment
