Job tasks include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Handle incoming calls and other communication
- Scheduling patients
- Verification of insurance
- Complete intake paperwork of new patients.
- Scanning, copying, faxing
- Collecting co-pays
- Organize and maintain office space
- Work on Google drive/sheets
- Assist Office Manager with tasks
- Assist with cleaning around the office
- EMR Knowledge - preferred
- Health Insurance knowledge - required
- Microsoft office knowledge - required
- Google drive knowledge - required
- Saturdays may be required
- Clinic hours are 8am - 7pm (schedule will vary during those times)
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Customer Service experience is a plus
