201 Cleaning is hiring an experienced interior painter to join our team. We focus on commercial apartment buildings, including individual unit turnovers. You’ll be working in clean, unoccupied spaces with tight timelines. This role requires a hands-on approach to repair, renovation, and upkeep of commercial properties. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and facilities
- Prep and paint apartment interiors (walls, ceilings, trim)
- Patch, sand, spackle, and repair sheetrock
- Perform clean and consistent cut-ins and rolling
- Work quickly and neatly with minimal supervision
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting, welding, carpentry, masonry, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of interior painting experience
- Strong skills in sheetrock repair and spackling
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Must bring your own hand tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE OR MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION!
