Overview
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will support our office with a variety of administrative, bookkeeping, and content production tasks. This role is primarily in-office, but hybrid flexibility may be considered as skills and independence develop.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Enter and manage financial data in QuickBooks Online.
- General Administration: Assist with scheduling, filing, document preparation, and office organization.
- Content Production: Support podcasting and YouTube production, including setup, coordination, and basic editing or publishing tasks.
- Office Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting software).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with podcasting or video production (preferred but not required).
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week; flexible scheduling available).
- Must be able to work in-office; hybrid work is possible after demonstrating strong skills and reliability.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
