Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Hostess and Togo Packer. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Additionally, you will assist in packing Togo orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction with every order.
This is a great opportunity for high school students looking to gain work experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and seat them at their tables.
Manage reservations and waitlists during busy periods.
Answer phone calls, take Togo orders, and assist with customer inquiries.
Pack Togo orders accurately and ensure all items are included.
Maintain a clean and organized hostess station and dining area.
Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns.
Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle cash and card transactions for orders (if applicable).
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old (high school students are encouraged to apply).
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
Previous or customer service role is a plus but not required.
