Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods with consistency and attention to detail.
- Decorate cakes and specialty items for guest celebrations and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in strict accordance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless, timely service during daily operations.
- Assist in developing and testing new seasonal pastries and dessert menu items.
Qualifications:
- Experience in pastry production, baking, and cake decorating.
- Proficient in baking techniques and the safe use of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation best practices.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a bakery, catering, or professional kitchen setting is preferred.
