Front Desk Receptionist / Care Coordinator
Full-Time | Non-Exempt | $18–$20 per hour
Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (40 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
- Manage check-in/out, phones, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Verify insurance, process payments, and handle authorizations
- Maintain accurate records in EHR systems
- Support providers with forms, labs, and follow-up needs
- Keep the front office organized and stocked
- Work closely with staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years front desk, admin, or customer service experience
- Healthcare or behavioral health office experience preferred
- Must be tech-savvy, fast at typing, and experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital tools
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA; ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in our Anaheim location
