As A Sales Development Representative, You Will Be:
- Speaking to customers in-person on behalf of our telecommunications clients about their products and services that will best fit their day-to-day needs
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable and positive experiences for every single customer
- Closing sales and upselling when customers meet certain qualifications or when the client offers special promotions
- Tracking customer information and helping them enroll into any service plan application on a company mobile device
- Interacting with fellow Sales Development Representatives daily about best sales practices, company compliance, and overall team engagement and support
- Hitting sales goals as an individual Sales Development Representative, as well as team goals when collaborating
What We Look For in a Sales Development Representative:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any customer-facing or sales-related roles
- Positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities to learn
- Great communication skills face-to-face, whether that is with customers, fellow Sales Development Representatives, or the management team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and team-collaboration
- Strong work ethic to succeed both professional and personally within the company
