Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The Opportunity:
As a key member of Revolution Medicine’s dynamic Program, Portfolio, and Alliance Management (PPAM) team, This position will partner closely with the senior leaders in PPAM and across business functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow instructions to the letter, professionally interact across levels within the organization, react to urgent requests in a timely manner and continuously look for opportunities to improve and simplify these processes. Overall, this is a person with a sunny disposition and one that can make things work smoothly with minimal effort.
Scheduling Activities:

Be the key person to support PPAM in scheduling and managing governance meeting logistics, including:
-
Monitor requests for meetings and propose a schedule based on the priority of competing topics and availability of participants.

Schedule governance meetings, including confirming attendee lists, resolving conflicts and monitoring meeting responses.
-
Reserve meeting rooms and manage Zoom invites.
-
Create meeting folders and intranet pages and manage access for meeting participants.
-
Maintain distribution lists and security groups for governance forums.
-
Maintain supporting documents (e.g. charters and user guides).
-
Follow up with meeting facilitators to ensure presentations and meeting minutes are finalized, posted and communicated in a timely manner.

Archive and maintain document repositories as relevant per process requirements.

Onboard new standing governance members to the relevant processes.
-

Support PPAM in scheduling ad-hoc, cross-functional meetings where the attendee list includes senior leaders and/or external parties.

Schedule PPAM department meetings and prepare agendas (PPAM Monthly Meetings, PPAM Quarterly Events) and follow up on action items.

Form a collaborative rapport with the admin team to develop an understanding of patterns in key recurring meetings and key senior leaders’ availability.

Assist PPAM in mapping out and coordinating conference rooms for recurring cross-functional meetings to avoid clashes and optimize conference room utilization.

Work across functions to improve scheduling elements of governance processes: aid in identifying common issues, collaborate with relevant parties to recommend solutions and add these contributions to user training guides to share best practices.

Manage and maintain communications with stakeholders in a proactive and timely manner.
Purchasing System Support:

Be the key point person to assist several diverse business functions with purchasing system processes:

Manage and track purchasing activities with business and G&A functions and within Revolution Medicines.

Execute purchasing agreement reviews and approvals including quotes, statements of work, work orders, etc. across teams.

Create PO and liaise between business and G&A functions to address invoicing questions.

Archive and maintain document repositories as relevant per process requirements.

Build and maintain a collaborative rapport with business users and process owners to address the needs of both parties in the execution of purchasing system activities in a proactive and timely manner.

Work across functions to improve purchasing system processes: aid in identifying common issues, collaborate with relevant parties to recommend solutions and add these contributions to user training guides to share best practices.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:

1-3 years of experience in a relevant, comparable role.

Advanced proficiency with MS Outlook Calendar and Zoom. Proficient with MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, Egnyte (or similar) and Confluence (or similar).

The base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 to $104,000 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
