Business Analyst - Umbra Core Collective

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can help us improve how our business operates across multiple entities.

This is not a typical documentation role. You will work closely with teams to:

• Understand how work is currently done
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Improve processes
• Introduce automation using systems and AI

You will play a key role in helping us move towards a more structured, technology-driven organisation.Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document existing workflows across different business units
• Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and process gaps
• Design and implement improved and standardised processes
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses
• Work with teams to streamline day-to-day operations
• Introduce automation using tools, systems, and AI
• Reduce manual work through technology-driven solutions
• Develop reporting structures for better visibility
• Work with management to align processes with business goals
• Support adoption of new systems and processes across teams

What We Are Looking For

• 3-7 years experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations
• Experience in process improvement or workflow redesign
• Exposure to system implementation or automation tools
• Basic understanding of AI tools or interest in AI-driven solutions
• Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders
• Practical, problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills - simple and clear

Nice to Have

• Experience in printing, logistics, or manufacturing industries
• Experience working across multiple business units or acquisitions
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, or workflow automation tools
• Understanding of data and reporting tools

This is a Full-time position with a salary range between $90K

• $100K plus super.
