In this role you'll support Unified Communications, collaboration systems and servers, including, but not limited to, operating systems, cloud and associated hardware across the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD). You'll design, install, configure, support and maintain system level services in relation to enterprise IT systems and work in a dedicated team of Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations staff to maintain and enhance services across all sites, participating in the delivery of ICT projects to deliver system improvements within the agreed scope and on budget.
