About the role

We would be surprised if there is a more exciting events role out there. The successful candidate will be working remotely providing customer service and sales to our inbound customers as well as being the key contact for our team of USA kids entertainers as our events are taking place on the weekends. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing support along with sales and customer service.

The role is currently 2 days a week (Sunday and Monday) with potential to grow in the future.

Key duties

  • Assisting clients by phone and email to book and manage their events
  • Trouble shooting and managing event issues under time pressure
  • Liaising with entertainers
  • Sales and customer service
  • Event administration
  • Entertainer recruitment

Skills & Experience

  • Outstanding customer service
  • Outstanding time management
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Remaining cool and calm under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Relevant undergraduate qualification preferred but not essential
  • Sales, customer service or retail experience preferred
  • General office work experience preferred
