Strictly Support, LLC is looking for a full-time customer service oriented individual who loves technology and is able to handle a variety of customer service, light phone lead follow up, inbound chat support, administrative support and software training. Phone calls would consist of training clients on web-based Human Resources Applicant Tracking System, Onboarding and Assessment software; as well as the possibility of in-bound phone calls in the future.

Our Virtual Team handles Web-based ticket/email support, software training for new and existing clients and a variety of Office Administrative tasks for numerous clients, as they need help.

Currently the job is full-time and our hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time. Specific hours are flexible based on our customers needs for online training, chat & support.

  • Advanced Internet Skills (all browsers and comfortable with web-based software)
  • Customer Service
  • Must be able to communicate well via email, chat or over the phone
  • Previous HR experience a bonus

  • Contractor needs to supply their own reliable computer, headset/microphone and fast internet connection

We support various HR software packages but need assistance with applicant tracking software, onboarding as well as employment assessments (such as Selective Hiring & Profiles).
