The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for the overall business relationship with our digital marketing agency clients. The Client Success Coordinator will cultivate trusted advisor relationships to ensure business owners are getting the most out of our products and services to help their business reach new heights and maximize profits. The Client Success Coordinator will serve as a dedicated business concierge to our clients by supporting in all aspects of the client’s journey, including training, on-boarding, adoption, value recognition and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with clients to ensure they get the most out of the products they subscribe to, are satisfied with the services they receive, and are up and running effectively.
  • Communicate a comprehensive understanding of our platform, new products and features in order to add value to every customer conversation.
  • Conduct account reviews to help identify areas of growth for clients to maximize utilization of the their CRM platform and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide world-class customer service, through organization, urgency and strategy.
  • Help clients accomplish their goals with our solutions by improving feature adoption and continually improve the onboarding and implementation process.
  • Manage client expectations through clear, timely and frequent communication.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback and recommend optimal approaches to the internal team for product enhancements.
  • Advocate for client needs, review set-up and configuration, provide strategic feedback to internal project team to improve the user experience.
  • All other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing role or managing client relationships
  • Experience in marketing performance optimization preferred
  • Familiar with CRM software and applications
  • Demonstrates a passion for helping customers and a dedication to providing a best-in-class service experience
  • A professional, genuine, outgoing and empathetic communicator

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
