As a file clerk and member of the Accounting / Finance team, you will provide administrative support to the team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Job included but not limited to:

• Filing, validating data, research information, matching accounting reports

• Locating files, deliver, move and organize files

• Perform duties such as scanning, saving, copying, and data entry

• Drafting and sending emails

• Special clerical projects as requested

Qualifications:

• 2 years of similar office experience preferred

• Excellent organizational skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma

• Able to sit for long periods of time.
• Able to input data into a computer and work with a computer screen for long periods of time.
• Occasional bending and standing.
• Standing, walking, sitting, talking/listening, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms.
• Lift, carry, push and pull up to 15 pounds.
