  • Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format
  • Offer a warm face for customers
  • Deliver support on diverse employee projects as necessary
  • Delivering customer service quickly and accurately
  • Performing data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying and faxing
  • Provide front desk and receptionist support
  • Receiving and placing telephone calls
  • Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
  • Prior assistant experience desired
  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience required
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
  • Word and Excel experience preferred
  • High school diploma or its equivalent is required
  • At least 1+ years of Office Clerk experience preferred
  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
  • Capable of handling office equipment
