This is starting part time with a quick transition to full time if you are a good fit. This is not a temporary job, we are hiring for a permanent position.
Virtual Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator
This is an independent contractor position(1099) that starts at $10 per hour. We are looking for phone coverage and scheduling for the hours of 10AM- 4pm EST ( 10-6pm full time) EST (hours will increase with experience). Weekends are optional. Phone responsibilities will start small and will increase as experience increases. Offering competitive pay with growth.
Duties
- Answering phones
-Scheduling Clients
-Managing Therapists Schedules
- Taking Messages
- Walking clients through online scheduling system
- Taking payment and scheduling
- Answering clients questions and giving accurate information
- Sales
- Master the booking system, Vagaro
-Receptionist duties
- Instagram and facebook engagement
Skills Needed
- MUST COMMUNICATE WITH OWNER EVERY DAY
- Can take direction and corrections well
- Friendly comfortable customer service skills
- Enjoys interacting with people over the phone.
- Can deal with difficult clients in a professional way
- Functioning laptop/computer with high speed internet.
- Stable cellular network and cellphone , no internet or satellite phone connections
- Quiet workspace
-Dedicated home office space/time
-Would prefer someone in the tri-state area due to time zone issues.

*This can be a very fast paced job at times and we are looking for someone who has patience and skill with handling clients over the phone. This may entail being firm with our policies and procedures to customers as well
