About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Time Paid Media Strategist to run all of our Facebook ads. Currently we are spending an average of $250,000/month on Facebook ads and are working to scale to $500,000+ over the next few months and beyond.

Our primary spend is app install ads, but we also have 15 other more traditional web based offers. We grew our business through affiliates promoting our programs through the years and only started to push in a big way into paid media about a year ago, so we still have a lot of room for growth!

This role will…

  • Optimize our Facebook ads full time. We have a number of team members who will support you in this role, including a graphic designer, videographer, and data analyst
  • Be responsible for all aspects of Facebook Ads including set up and split testing copy, graphics and videos
  • Test new audience targeting strategies
  • Handle all special FB ads such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.
  • Present weekly results in our team meeting
  • Setting up last chance ads that sink with automated funnels (with other team members)

This role is part of our Marketing Team, working to:

  • Run Data Driven Marketing - Constantly measuring all KPI’s to have a strong understanding of what is working and what is not.
  • Constantly Optimize and Improve our marketing - including opt-in pages, sales pages, email funnels, Facebook ads, user experience and more
  • Constantly Scale our Ads to grow our reach, revenue and impact

Your Expertise, Experience and Passion

  • Experience with large budgets and can do all aspects of Facebook Ads, from ad concept development, to building ads, to optimizing and improving ads, to digging into the data. Experience with Google and Youtube ads is a plus
  • Results and data-driven - attention to detail and technical/analytics skills necessary to monitor and identify campaign performance trends in data and generate reports, both verbally and in writing.
  • Natural hustler - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and create urgency for both customers and team members; you want to learn faster ways to find the next winner!
  • Analytical - you know how to create a hypothesis and design a test to prove a theory; you are skilled at mining data for insights and generating hypotheses for constant and fast iterative testing.
  • Curious and innovative - you are constantly keeping up with the latest trends and looking for ways to improve
  • Collaborative Team Spirit - you enjoy working collaboratively across teams to turn ideas into action!
  • Organized and methodical in setting up processes.
  • Clear and considerate communicator, both verbal and written, with a strong sense of professionalism
  • Passion for the digital media space in health, wellness, and personal development is a plus.
