Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to join the Talent & People Ops team here at Rocket Lawyer. You will support the Human Resources, Facilities and Recruiting partners in a larger effort to boost the employee experience to new heights.

Duties to Include:
  • Collaborate with Recruiting & HR to ensure a positive candidate experience from onsite interviews through onboarding
  • Partner with HR to deliver employee learning, training and talent development opportunities where required.
  • Provide front-of-house coverage and general office support
  • Act as the coordinator/liaison for events across all Office locations.
  • Works with People Ops leaders to enrich the office space
  • Implement new company-wide engagement programs
  • Support line-managers with team building initiatives
  • Work with People Ops/IT for all onsite and offsite events
Skill Set Requirements:
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Company-wide employee facing communication)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (or design application equivalent)
  • Energetic Team player
  • Ambitious self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple projects (as a team or independently)
  • Proven experience as an events planner or program organizer
  • Ability to build productive business relationships
  • Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (Corporate Events, Off-site Meetings, Weddings, Parties, etc)
