Scheduling Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and ambitious individual to assist our sales and production team. Working daily with the Office Manager, the candidate will be scheduling customer appointments, and working as a team to support all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling of internal and external field team members for multiple phases of construction projects
  • Answer all phone calls and route them to the correct department
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Support sales team members
  • Scan and upload new customer contracts and process payments
  • Answer any questions on project status or processes for sales team
  • Input new service requests and route to appropriate team members
  • Processing and vendor invoicing
  • Submitting and obtaining permits as needed
  • Assisting homeowners with HOA submissions

Requirements

  • Previous scheduling experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in a construction environment (Preferred)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • CRM – Marketsharp Experience a plus but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and quick study a must
