One year of related experience
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all clerical and assigned administrative tasks necessary for the operation of the program.
PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Enter referrals in AWARDS database system.
2. Schedule applicant intake interviews as requested by the Program Director or Clinical Supervisor.
3. File, fax, and process photocopies as needed/requested by program staff.
4. Distribute incoming mail.
5. Distribute inter-office mail.
6. Manage all outgoing mail.
7. Schedule interviews for job applicants as requested by Program Director or Clinical Supervisor.
8. Assist in providing site coverage (e.g., front desk) as needed.
9. Available to substitute at other agency program sites as needed.
10. File chart documentation daily.
11. Maintain the structure and organization of all resident charts (open and closed).
12. Manage year end filing.
13. Complete CAIRS, CAPS and census reports.
14. Participate in annual anti-sexual harassment training.
