SERVPRO® of [Franchise Name] is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Coordinator to join our team in Lehighton, PA. In this vital role, you will help ensure that our reconstruction projects run smoothly from initial estimate to final customer satisfaction. You’ll play a critical part in scheduling, coordinating, and supporting our estimators and reconstruction team, while also serving as a key point of contact for clients and third-party administrators (TPAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch reconstruction estimators and subcontractors
- Handle TPA assignments and ensure compliance with program guidelines
- Perform accurate and timely data entry in our project management systems
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the reconstruction process
- Support project managers with administrative tasks and project updates
- Monitor job progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Communicate clearly with insurance representatives, customers, and internal team members
- Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in administrative support, construction coordination, insurance restoration, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
