Responsibilities
- General administrative duties, including but not limited to providing telephone support, scheduling, transcribing, arranging travel, drafting correspondence, and extensive scanning and filing.
- Maintaining and updating client CRM databases.
- Collating and organizing tax returns.
- Complete confidentiality in communications and handling of firm materials.
Qualifications
- 3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and flexibility.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
