Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating interest in our services. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling and warm calling to set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with a background in B2B or technology sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar systems.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while communicating with potential clients.
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand the client base.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for outreach strategies.
Skills
- Proven experience in negotiation and closing deals.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques, particularly in technology sales.
- Experience with telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing leads and tracking progress.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies related to lead generation.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
