Asset Management – Operations Strategy & Transformation – Product Owner

Our Team: 
Asset Management Operations is responsible for supporting, overseeing, and optimizing the end-to-end investment process, primarily working with Portfolio Managers, Investment Specialists, Traders, Risk Management, Client Service, Technology, and other functions across the transaction lifecycle. 

The Asset Management Operations Strategy & Transformation team partners across Ops, Technology, and our various Business partners to define and execute our organizational priorities. We focus on evolving our organization’s capabilities to move from lower to higher-value added tasks, and creating agile processes, teams, and infrastructure that enable differentiated client experiences and drive business results. We follow a data-informed approach to identify opportunities and employ design principles to create effective, scalable, controlled solutions that deliver return-on-investment. Those solutions seek to equip our people and support their development as Operations professionals of the future. 

This Role: 
Reporting directly to the Head of AM Operations Strategy & Transformation, you will apply your business process acumen, data-driven decision making and product development expertise to lead the development of Operations products. We are seeking a senior, hands-on product leader, who will refine the product line visionalign the execution roadmap and data dependencies and work closely with partner functions to execute the multi-year vision

As a Product Owner, you will work with both internal products, used by our Operations professionals, and external capabilities, used by our stakeholders around the globe. You will lead a team, grasp the business needs and demand/priorities, navigate the existing product landscape and develop the target state vision and strategy for how to achieve it. The ultimate measure of success will be the delivery of planned capabilities, and you will define those OKRs and work with stakeholders to track and achieve them diligently.
