You will help lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring an exceptional client experience and the seamless operation of our studio. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is enthusiastic about health and wellness, possesses strong managerial skills, and is ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help lead and inspire a team of wellness professionals to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Manage scheduling and inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and client retention.
- Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that aligns with SWTHZ’s values.
- Coordinate and host marketing networking events, collaborations, and community outreach activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to upper management.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for health, wellness, and a commitment to providing a top-notch client experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Google Work Space and Excel
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- 2+ year in sales
- 1+ year in management
- A Growth Mindset and operates in a state of open mindedness

Pay: $22.00 per hour
