Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records through double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including journal entries and account analysis.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and payroll processing to ensure timely payments and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
- Experience with account reconciliation, including debits & credits, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
