This American Public Life (APL, or the Company) Compensation Plan Broker Liaison (the Plan, or CPBL) is designed to achieve the following objectives:
Requirements:
- Maintain relationships with and market APL insurance products to brokers to achieve individual sales goals that will in turn meet APL's overall sales goals.
- Establish variable compensation to motivate superior performance and incentivize behavior that contributes to achievement of strategic marketing goals.
- Be measured by service metrics to provide superior customer service to APL broker partners.
- Meet the sales expense allocation built into the current actuarial pricing model for each product.
- Meet production requirements that will be challenging yet obtainable for a good performer.
- Assist brokers to better understand the company’s policies and procedures governing our compensation plans.
Requirements:
- Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 120 hours of college credit Preferred
- Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 years with previous Insurance experience
- Life & Health License required or must obtain within the first 3 months of employment
This position will be fully remote.
