Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational planning and ensure consistent, high-performing execution across departments.
- Oversee clinical, retail, and administrative operations to ensure alignment with Snowline’s mission and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and uphold the organization’s 501(c)(3) status.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with referral sources, payors, vendors, and healthcare partners.
- Use data and performance metrics to drive business development, improvement, innovation, and accountability.
- Support strategic partnerships, growth plans and community engagement efforts.
- Partner with the CEO to lead long-term growth, service expansion, and operational resilience.
- Mentor and support senior leaders to foster a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader with the vision and expertise to drive Snowline’s operational excellence and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Extensive senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, with hospice or palliative care expertise highly preferred.
- Proven success in strategic planning, organizational development, and cross-functional performance management.
- Deep understanding of core business functions, including Finance, Clinical Services, and Community Relations.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects and initiatives focused on growth, efficiencies, process improvement, innovation, and internal/external delivery of quality care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders—board members, staff, partners, and community leaders alike.
- A leadership approach that is decisive, collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and mission-driven.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required); advanced degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, operational analytics, and technology platforms.
- Valid California driver’s license and insured vehicle.
