About the Role:
The Sales Coordinator is a vital part of the sales team and is responsible for ensuring the Semper Laser values and standards are consistently applied in all client interactions. He/She will be responsible for converting guests to clients, retaining clients, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. With a keen eye toward brand integrity and a consistent voice, the incumbent must create a positive work environment and possess confidence in promoting laser hair removal services while providing superlative customer service to help the team reach company goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide outstanding customer service by acknowledging and greeting everyone who enters and leaves our facilities.
- Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with Semper’s policy by processing cash, credit card, and/or credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets.
- Ensuring client information is accurate and up to date.
- Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, package services, promotional offers, and hours of operation.
- Utilize computers and CRMs with skill and proficiency; document client information in electronic record as directed.
- Meet the daily needs of the operation, such as answering the phone, scheduling services, managing the flow of appointments, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests made by clients, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Drive client retention through outreach via telephone and email to current clients.
- Maintain Semper Laser’s core customer service values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
- Participate in company on-site events to market our services to the community.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, particularly within the industry.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with a love for talking to people.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is necessary.
- Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales.
- Ability to thrive and stay calm, polite, and professional in a high-pressured environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit or stand and work on a computer for prolonged periods; walk; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Clinic Coordinator (Sales)
Duties:
- Assist the sales team in managing and growing key accounts
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Support business development efforts by generating leads and qualifying prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide administrative support such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and conferences
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management role
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
